The project consists of a new 4 classroom addition attached to the existing school building. All four classrooms will be designed to meet the storm shelter requirements of ICC 500. The new facilities will include all associated site work which includes grading, paving, drainage, utilities, and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or described in the specifications.

The project consists of a new 9 classroom addition attached to the existing school building. The new facilities will include all associated site work which includes grading, paving, drainage, utilities, and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or described in the specifications.

The project involves the selective demolition of limited existing site features as well as the construction of a new one-story animal shelter building.

Renovate campground including utility upgrades, paving roads, new campsite pads, resurfacing campsite loop roads, adding ADA accessible campsites, replacing existing bathhouse with ADA compliant bathhouse facilities, and all required related work.

Construct an approximately 8,000 sf Work Center including site work, site utilities, concrete, asphalt paving, metal stud walls, acoustical ceiling tiles, interior finishes, pre-engineered metal building with insulated metal panels, mechanical, plumbing, and electric.
